Frequently Asked Questions - Colonics

A Colonic (or Colon Hydrotherapy) uses gentle water pressure to fill the colon and loosen up old waste. Waste and gas pressure exits the body through a tube. The client stays on the table the entire time and can relax completely.
Afterwards, clients feel very relieved, relaxed and have more energy.

Colonics feel similar to having a bowel movement or taking a laxative. Some cramping or digestive sensations may occur while the body is releasing.

The session itself is 45-minutes. You can expect to be here about an hour to an hour and a half for your first session.

It is recommended to start with the 3-pack for a series of session especially if you’re feeling backed up or uncomfortably full with gas or waste.
Some clients can have one session and do well, but it’s not guaranteed.

If it’s your first time you can read about how to prep HERE
You can arrive wearing comfortable clothing, however any clothing is fine.

You can go about your day as normal. You should either fast the rest of the day, or eat very clean and light.
If it’s your first time you may want to be able to go home just in case your body needs some time to process and release more waste.
Most people are good to go do whatever they like!
